Good Day.

I'm Carl Cristine Ramos-Juban, PWD Member, with a temporary residence at Brgy Biñan, Biñan Laguna.

I want to clarify my privileges as PWD especially on the RA11228 - exempting All PWDs in paying Philhealth Contribution.

Yesterday, August 8, 2023, our payroll officer went to the Philhealth Office, they didn't grant my request for exemption and insisted that I still need to pay when our benefit was  discussed during Women's Health in Brgy. Biñan. 

It clearly states on the RA and Philhealth Circular 2020-00005 the privilege of PWD regardless if employed or not.
