Greetings, I would like to request the following data.

1. List of RHU's / Public Health Facilities per Region that is not currently utilizing the E-Claims with or without EMR.
-Contact Person, Number and Email

2. List of RHU's / Public Health Facilities utilizing E-Claims and it's current HIS or EMR provider per Region
-Contact Details

These data will be used for Corporate Social Responsibility proposal wherein RHU's / Public Health Facilities not currently utilizing E-Claims Submission, PCB or ePCB will be sponsored with a DOH Recognized and PhilHealth Certified E-Claims Management System.
