Good afternoon,

We had a previous request (T.N.: #PH-568173819600) and would like to follow-up with another version that has an additional field with PhilHealth's share/amount covered by PhilHealth of the Total Bill. 

In summary, we are requesting for anonymized patient level data from 2018 to 2021 with the following columns:

- Admit Year
- Admit Month
- Patient Age Group
- ICD / RVS Code
- Sex
- Total Bill
- PhilHealth's Share of the Total Bill
- Confinement Duration
- Claims Count
