hi, How do i go about clarifying appropriate coverage regarding my mother’s bill for positive cov-19.Inpatient, , 7 days, with oxygen support, remdesivir(outsourced-out of pocket) , lung with fluid, chest xrays,high creatinine , RR 34-47, O2 sat <90 . What rights do i have to clarify this with their billing dept? the hospital (private) only allowed “mild coverage” which is 43,917 php . When my mother’s manifestations were clearly under the moderateto severe category. Thank you for any help provided.
