I am currently diagnosed with epididymitis and have been in a very difficult situation since I am unable to afford the professional fees and doctor consultations for my diagnosis.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as <While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide financial/medical assistance. However, you may wish to contact other govt—offices such as DSWD concerning your request. In addition, please be informed that PhilHealth provides benefits for hospitalization. An active PhilHealth member can avail of the PhilHealth benefit prior to discharge to the hospital via case rate packages.>.
