Hi! I would like to request the ff:

1. Number of claims with regards to serious adverse events of COVID-19 vaccines since roll-out to present. 

1.1. Among those claims how many were injuries and how many were deaths.

Your Request

You asked for COVID-19 VACCINES SAE CLAIMS.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some] of the information you requested. As of June 2022, PhilHealth only receives a total of 61 claims for the COVID-19 Vaccine Injury Package. As to the recorded number of death, the committee for Indemnity still validates its final data/information.

2. Number of death from Covid-19 vaccine injuries under validation of the Committee for Indemnity.
