- Month
- Region
- Institution class (e.g. primary health clinic, infirmary/dispensary, level 1/2/3 hospital)
- In/outpatient
- Status: Only paid
- Claim count
- Claim amount

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as <The requested data is not readily and considering the huge of data that would be involved, we shall be charging a minimal fee for the detailed claims data processed at the individual claim level. Thank you>.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this Office will not be able to provide the information you have requested.  The requested data is not readily available, and considering the huge of data that would be involved, we shall be charging a minimal fee for the detailed claims data processed at the individual claim level.
