Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in relation to my previous request with transaction number  #PH-579131352159 . I requested for a five-year data series, that is 2015-2020. What was provided to me was the 2020 data only.

We are hoping to receive the same data set, that is, Registered Members and Dependents per Province and per Municipality Disaggregated by Sex, by type of members, in PRO X for years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
