Greetings, I would like to request the Latest Rural Health Units without  or not Utilizing Electronic Medical Record System together with Contact Numbers and Email Address.

This information will be used for Corporate Social Responsibility Proposal.

Proposing that this RHU's will be given a free subscription of EMR from a DOH Recognize and PhilHealth Approved Provider.
