Respectfully referred this letter to your good office in relation to the Philhealth Online Services, specifically the Member Portal account creation.
My name is RICHARD R. GAUFO, a Philhealth Member, and I am having issues with not receiving the activation e-mail link that was supposed to be sent to my e-mail ad: gauforichard@myyahoo.com after completing the steps and providing my basic information.

GREETINGS!
Kindly close this REQUEST TICKET, I have received the Philhealth Member Portal activation link/reset password link last night Dec. 21, 2023. I found out that the initial links that was being sent to the SPAM mail of my e-mail account.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Yahoo mail app, check the settings and tried the process registration/password rest and it WORKED. I have successfully LOG-IN to my Philhealhealth Member Portal.

If there is no activation email, go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ page from the sign-in page;
2. Enter the email address that you used to register and an email will be resent to your email address; and
3. If you fail to receive an activation email, you may directly contact the PhilHealth Action Center at (02) 8441-7442.
