You asked for Online Registration.

Response to Request

Please be advised that the aforesaid system is undergoing enhancements as we integrate the requirements to implement the UHC Law and to ensure our compliance with the Data Privacy Act, to secure and protect our members' sensitive information.  Further, the online registration and amendment service will form part of PhilHealth’s Member Portal once the necessary updates are applied to the system. 

In addition, you may send your request via email at actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph. Attach a fully accomplished PhilHealth Member Registration Form (PMRF), Birth Certificate, or Valid ID's.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <ATTY. DANTE A. GIERRAN, CPA - President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO), nrsantiago@philhealth.gov.ph, or privacy.dpo@philhealth.gov.ph>. 

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
