Hello po magandang araw po
Ofw po ako na nacancel ang byahe dahil sa nagpositive sa covid 19. Nagquarantine po ako sa subic ng 10days at 4days sa bahay. Ang tanung ko po may makukuha po ba akong cash asst.sa philhealth dahil sa nangyari? Hindi naman ako ginamot sa quarantine facility at wala nman ako sintomas ng kahit na anu. Nag isolate lang po ako doon. May makukuha ba akong tulong sa philhealth as a member po na nag positive sa covid? Salamat po sa tutugon.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the information that you need is available online, wherein, as of now, PhilHealth provides benefit for hospitalization. An active PhilHealth member, can avail the PhilHealth benefit prior discharge to the hospital via case rate packages https://www.philhealth.gov.ph/circulars/2020/circ2020-0009.pdf.  We released a circular with regards to Covid-19 Home Isolation Benefit Package (CHIBP), but to date, PhilHealth is still in the process of accrediting providers for CHIBP https://www.philhealth.gov.ph/circulars/2021/circ2021-0014.pdf

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
