Good day! I hope this message finds you well. 

I would just like to ask for the implementing rules and regulations for the use of the downloaded funds for COVID-19 related benefit packages as to the percentage allocated for the facility and health care institution and the percentage to be allocated for professional fee sharing. The PhilHealth Circular do not provide for specific percentage.
