Hello!

May I request an Excel file with all available data on Philhealth claims for cancer from 2016-2021? I have included a link to a Microsoft Excel file as a sample of how I want the cumulative data inputted. It also includes a complete list of the data I am requesting which includes institutions, patient demographics, disease, procedures, and claim status (see cell A1). Thank you.
