Hello! My father is a foreigner who has stayed in the Philippines for more than 40 years. He has an Alien Resident Card as well. I would like to know, if we sign him up for a PhilHealth membership, how long before we can start using it? Is there a minimum amount required to activate it? If yes, how much would it be? He needs several hospital tests done and it would be helpful to use Philhealth in these circumstances.
