Hi. May I know if RA 11228 "An act providing for the mandatory Philhealth coverage for all Persons with Disability (PWDs)" is already in effect? I asked two different offices - PDAO and Philhealth and got two different answers. So to be on the safe side, I ended up still paying for my monthly contribution. Thank you.
