I would like to request the following for each year from 2000-2019 and dis-aggregated by LGU (i.e., region, province, municipality/city) and membership category:
1. PhilHealth coverage statistics - distribution of eligible/covered members with count of dependents
2. Total claims and count by ICD-10 and by provider/institution characteristics (e.g. sector, type, ownership)
3. Total claims and counts by Benefit Package by provider/institution characteristics
4. Number of accredited Facilities by type
5. Number of accredited Health professionals by type
