Hi, I'd like to request for the ff documents:

1.  All versions of ITB/RFx's relating to UP's contract for the UP Town Center, incl. clarifications

2. Proposals submitted by Ayala and other bidders, incl. annexes if any

3. UP's Preliminary studies RE: UP Town Center , viz. land valuation studies and market analysis/feasibility studies etc

4. Minutes of UP BoR meetings RE: UP Town Center, up until approval, esp. negotiations RE revenue sharing 

5. UP-Ayala contract/s vis-a-vis UP Town Center

Soft copies are preferred. If unavailable, I can go to UP to photocopy the docs.
