June 23, 2021 Dear Mr. Moreno, This refers to your request dated 11 May 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for "the Masterplan and Feasibility Study of UP PGH Diliman" for the purpose of "undergraduate research study.". While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Kindly lodge your FOI request with the PPP Center. Please note that in an earlier FOI query for similar documents lodged with the NEDA by the Editor in Chief of the Tinig ng Plaridel, such request was likewise referred to the PPP Center.
