Kindly disaggregate your data according to current position, gender, age, and profession (doctor, nurse, midwife, medtech, psychologist, psychometrician, social worker, among others).

Current Position: Please specify the roles or positions that licensed medical and allied health professionals hold within your organization.

Dear Ms. Manuel,
I refer to my letter of Nov 28, 2023 09:20:40 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for REQUEST FOR THE NO. OF EMPLOYEES WHO ARE LICENSED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN YOUR AGENCY/OFFICE.
Since you have not provided proof of Filipino citizenship which is required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to put your request on hold.
Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual states:
“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law.”
