I would like to have the actual enrollment data of all programs and colleges in UP Diliman (as of September 1, 2018)  for a research endeavor of mine.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the University of the Philippines Diliman, which should have the data you need. (You contacted the UP System).
