I would like to request a Geotechnical Evaluation Report of the soil in Barangay Sucad, Apalit, Pampanga, which includes: 

1.) Topographical Survey
2.) Geological Survey
• REGIONAL GEOLOGY
• METHODOLOGY OF FIELD TESTING
• LABORATORY TESTING
• SOIL BEARING CAPACITY CALCULATION
• SURFACE & SUB-SOIL GEOLOGY
• GEOTECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR ANALYSIS AND DESIGN. 

This is part of our design project in civil engineering and I would very much appreciate your response to my request. Thank you very much!

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some] of the information you requested. We have provided the Geologic Map of the Province of Pampanga.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not conduct Geotechnical Evaluation; these services can be obtained through private companies or DPWH. Topographic Maps can be requested from NAMRIA.
