Hi, I would like to request for the list of offshore mining companies (or those who conduct sand dredging or mining in the sea ) that operated in Cavite from 2000 to 2021, which includes the following information:

a. Contact information
b. MPSA No. 
c. Contact information of the contractor
d. Location of the mining operation
e. Area size of the mining operation
f. Commodity or materials sources in the mining area
g. Date of approval of the  off shore mining permit
h. Remarks or notes about the offshore mining operations

You asked for Offshore Mining Companies operating in Cavite from 2000 to 2021.

Response to Request

This refers to your request with Tracking No. MGB-508621884763. Based on record, there is no Mineral Production Sharing Agreement issued in the offshore area of Cavite. However, the Philippine Government through the Mines and Geosciences Bureau issued Government Seabed Quarry Permits (GSQP) for the extraction of seabed sand. Attached herewith the following information.
