Good day! I am writing to request for the following information or data:

1.  Geological map and landslide susceptibility map in the fourth district of Laguna.
2. List or total numbers of households within the susceptible areas in different municipalities of the fourth district of Laguna

This is in relation to the ongoing baccalaureate degree research I am writing. Thank you!

You asked for Geological map and landslide susceptibility map in the fourth district of Laguna.

Response to your request

Please be informed that your request does not fall under the FOI but under the regular frontline services of MGB for Geological Map request, and proactive disclosure for Landslide Susceptibility Map request.

Transactions and requests related to the sale or reproduction of MGB Publications including Geological Quadrangle Maps at 1:50,000 scale and the Geological Map of the Philippines should be directed to the Lands Geological Survey Division of the MGB Central Office which you may contact through telephone number: (02) 8667-6700 local 180 or email at lgims@mgb.gov.ph.

On the other hand, you may access MGB Geohazard Maps through the MGB Geohazard Portal at https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/c48f83f81f1548bdb0a76c61638d52d6/ or through the GeoRisk HazardHunterPH Project at https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/.

Finally, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the "List or total number of households within the susceptible areas in different municipalities of the fourth district of Laguna" in consideration of the still on-going National Geohazard Assessment Program.
