The indigenous peoples of Brooke's Point would like to request for the following:

1. DENR Order clarifying the date of effectivity of MPSA No.17-93-IV dated Dec 21, 2020.

2. MGB Dir. Moncano's memorandum to MGB IVB relative to the conditional approval of CNMEC/INC's work program pending the compliance to the requirements under IPRA Law dated Jan 7, 2022.

3. Related documents from MGB that have repealed the conditions set forth in the Jan 7, 2022 MGB memorandum, if such documents exist.

Memorandum Circular No. 15, series of 2023 provides for a list of documents which are not in the purview of Freedom of Information. Specifically, items no. 9 (f) of Memorandum Circular.
