Good day!

I would like to request the list of mining permits issued between the years 2000-2015. Ideally, the data will include:
1. Name of company or holder
2. Permit application date
3. Permit issue or approval date
4. Permit expiration date
5. Municipality
6. Province 
7. Commodity / Mineral
This includes all mines - both currently operational and no longer operating - that were given a permit between the years 2000-2015.
