Hi, I would like to request for the list of offshore mining companies (or those who conduct sand dredging or mining in the sea ) that operated in the Philippines, which includes the following information:

a. Contact information
b. MPSA No./GSQP No. 
c. Contact information of the contractor
d. Location of the mining operation
e. Area size of the mining operation
f. Commodity or materials sources in the mining area
g. Date of approval of the  off shore mining permit
h. Destination of mined materials, e.g. reclamation, construction, etc
i. Remarks or notes about the offshore mining operations
