may we respectfully request for the issuance of a Certification that the proposed site is not in the identified critical/hazard areas, landslide/erosion prone, near a fault line or no build zones. In line with this, below are the details of the proposed project, to wit;
Project Title: ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDING (MANPOWER TRAINING SCHOOL)
Address: ST. JOHN SUBDIVISION, BRGY. IBABA, CITY OF STA. ROSA
