You asked for Shapefiles (GeoHazard Map (Flood)).
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. We are only authorized to release an image file format of the requested hazard map without a memo from from the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Central Office. To request for a shapefile format copy of the Flood Susceptibility Map of the Province of Zambales, please send a formal letter of request to MGB Central Office with the purpose of the use of data clearly stated. Please see the attached memo regarding the process for requesting for shapefile format of hazard maps.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Lyn C. Sibug/mgbr3@yahoo.com>.
