Hi, I request the lithology data of Agusan del Norte, which will be used for my undergraduate thesis for the Geodetic Engineering degree. One of the parameters considered in my study is the lithology of my study area.

Dear Ms. Banggo,

This refers to the Jan 16, 2024, 04:54:49 letter, in response to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Lithology data and active faults and segments data in Agusan del Norte.

The acquisition of a geologic map entails payment of the prescribed fees under the pertinent provisions of Section 8.7 of DENR Administrative Order No. 2005-08 in re: Provisions for New fees for Various Services of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau", Geological Map of the Philippines (Regional/JPEG), amounting to PhP 500.00/map. As for the active faults and segment data in Agusan del Norte, we recommend you send a similar request directly to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. (PHIVOLCS)

Please be informed that your request will be put on hold awaiting your reply for the said payment.  If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 18, 2024, 02:25:51 AM, your request will be closed.
