Good Day! I am Anna Patricia Cristobal - Penisa from Globe Telecom Inc., under Emerging Technologies - Information System Group. 

I would like to ask if it is possible to request for the historical flooding data of Region IV - A & B and Region V from year 2000 to 2022. The purpose of my request is connected with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to develop a possible early flood notification system. 

The aforementioned data are crucial to the success of our initiative. Hoping to hear your positive feedback. Thank you very much.
