The subject of your request, GIS shapefile for flood hazard map of Matina Pangi River in Davao City, can not be released unless a Memorandum of Understanding is signed between you and MGB RXI on the following:
-Use of the requested information for purposes as stated in your request;
-Shall not transfer or share the data with private entities, individual, consultancy groups;
-Shall not reproduce or allow reproduction and sale of the digital data aquired from MGB RXI;
-Shall allow MGB RXI access to and obtain updates on the output of the project among others.
