Hello! I'd like to request data on mining and quarrying tenements/establishments/sites in Region 12, from 2008 to 2019, for those with approved sand, gravel, and earthfill permits:
1. the GPS coordinates of the boundaries of these mining and quarrying sites (past and active) in Region 12.
2. the list of these establishments or companies, including their: (a) location (mun./city and province); (b) years active (start of operation until termination of permit), 2008-2019; (c) holder; and (d) remarks (if any).

We are respectfully furnishing you the information needed in the matrix form based on the submitted production report from the province of Cotabato except for 2008-2014 report which we cannot retrieved due to corrupted files.
