This refers to your letter dated September 02, 2021 forwarded to us by the Freedom of Information (FOI) website requesting for the following data and maps: 

a.	Hydrology and Drainage Map of Cotabato City (Most Important)
b.	Flood Map of Cotabato City
c.	Liquefaction Map of Cotabato City
d.	Tsunami Map of Cotabato City
e.	Earthquake Map of Cotabato City
f.	Storm Surge Map of Cotabato City
g.	Soil Map and Properties of Cotabato City
h.	Elevation/Altitude Information of Cotabato City
i.	Any data that supports the argument that Cotabato City is Low-lying area

We would like to inform you that the available maps that we can only provide are the following: 

1. Landslide and Flood Hazard Map of Cotabato City 
2. Drainage Map of Cotabato City (derived from the topographic map of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) 

The hydrogeologic map of Cotabato City is not available and it may be acquired from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Energy-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MENRE-BARMM). Other maps requested such as liquefaction, tsunami, earthquake can be obtained from Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the soil map from the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), the storm surge map from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services  Administration (PAGASA) and the elevation and altitude data can be requested from NAMRIA. Meanwhile, for additional data, you may also browse https://www.philgis.org/, the source of free GIS data of the Philippines and the HazardHunterPh (https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph), a multi-agency initiative through Georisk Philippines which publishes the integrated data on the country’s geohazards.
