Good day MGB, I would like to request a GIS Shapefile of Rizal with Barangay/city boundaries as the current website of Philgis is gone. If there is none, may I ask for the GIS shapefile of the Philippines instead with barangay boundaries. Hopefully I can get it within this week. Thank you. You can contact me in the details:
