Hello,

Respectfully requesting for a copy of DENR DMO 20-82 s.1990 or any related memorandum issued in 1990 (DMO 26-82 perhaps?) regarding mining applications (including requirements), or clarifications thereof. Will use this as a reference of the requirements for mining applications filed earlier than 1995 

I cannot find a copy of this document in the internet anymore. Hoping I can get one through this channel
