Be informed that this Office neither conducts geotechnical study nor soil investigation as the said undertakings are not within the mandate of this Office. You may refer your query at the Bureau of Soils and Water Management and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). (Kindly refer attached reply letter).
