I would like to request for a Geotechnical Report or Soil Investigation Report of North Caloocan City, which includes: 

1.) Topographical Survey
2.) Geological Survey
• GEOLOGICAL MAPS, CONDITIONS, AND HAZARDS
• REGIONAL GEOLOGY (PROVINCE, MUNICIPALITY)
• MINERAL COMPOSITION OF THE REGION
• SOIL LAYOUT/LAYERS
• DOMINANT TYPE OF SOIL
• WATER TABLE
• SURFACE & SUB-SOIL GEOLOGY

This is as part of our design project in civil engineering, and I would very much appreciate your response to my request. Thank you very much!

You asked for GEOTECHNICAL REPORT OF NORTH CALOOCAN CITY.

Response to your request

Your request is quite confusing.

You are asking for a Geotechnical Report or Soil Investigation report of NORTH CALOOCAN CITY while in the enumerated details, you’re asking for REGIONAL GEOLOGY and Composition of the REGION. 

We regret to inform you that geotechnical investigation or provision of geotechnical reports are not within the scope of this Office. This type of data may be requested from private entities conducting geotechnical services.  But you may lodge a request to DPWH and try to ask if they have the data/information you’ve been asking for. You may also send another FOI request to the National Mapping and Resource Information Agency (NAMRIA) or check downloadable topographic maps on their website. Regarding Soil and Water data, I believe BSWM is the proper agency to inquire.

Please be informed that the mandate of this Office pertains to Geohazards (Rain-induced Landslides and Flood Hazards) and Geologic data.
