September 14, 2023 Dear Mr. Cortezano, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 12, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Clearance/Permit from MGB and Regional Office of the DENR. Response to your request Please be informed that your request has been denied as it does not fall under the FOI but under the regular frontline services of MGB.
