I refer to my letter of Nov 22, 2022, 01:13:15 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Three Year Development/Work Utilization Program of Silangan Mindanao Mining Company Inc. (SMMCI).
Our response to your request is due on Dec 13, 2022, at 01:13:15 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because the said document contains sensitive/confidential information and data vital to SMMCI's mining operations.
