Good day!

I would like to request for the copy of the committee report on the mining accidents in the 1950s.

As per Administrative Order No. 43, s. 1954 signed by former president Ramon Magsaysay, the committee chaired by Mr. Servillano Aquino was supposed to investigate mining accidents and look into the activities of the Bureau of Mines.

I'm requesting the committee report in relation to an academic history research paper on the mining industry in the Philippines.
