I refer to my letter of Jun 30, 2023 02:52:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geological map of Panay Island.

In order for us to work further on your request, Please be informed that each geologic map released has a corresponding Fee of P500.00 based on MGB's Fees and Charges. Hence, a total of P2,000 is needed to be paid upon the released of the requested geologic maps of whole Panay Island . Payments may only be  made here at MGB-6 Office, Iloilo City. You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEE1HQi0wMzIyODgyMjY4MTQM, for request with ticket number #MGB-032288226814, to respond.

I refer to my letter of Jul 11, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geological map of Panay Island. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 03, 2023.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review
