1. Name of Contractor;
2. Location;
3. Commodity; and
4. Active Years.

Any other information aside from the above-mentioned will also be appreciated.

Thank you for the response.
Just to clarify, according to an article published in 2019, there are a total of 27 abandoned mines in the Philippines based on the data from MGB and Tetra Tech EM. May I please know why the MGB does not include those identified by Tetra Tech EM in their official list of abandoned mine sites? I have attached an excerpt of the said article.
