Good day, Sir/Ma'am! 

I would like to request a Geotechnical Evaluation Report of the soil in Pampanga, which includes: 

1.) Topographical Survey
2.) Geological Survey
• REGIONAL GEOLOGY
• METHODOLOGY OF FIELD TESTING
• LABORATORY TESTING
• SOIL BEARING CAPACITY CALCULATION
• SURFACE & SUB-SOIL GEOLOGY
• GEOTECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR ANALYSIS AND DESIGN. 

This is part of our design project in civil engineering and I would very much appreciate your response to my request. Thank you very much!

This refers to the letter of Apr 17, 2023 09:23:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geotechnical Evaluation Report of the soil in Pampanga.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We would like to know if, in Item No. 2 regarding Regional Geology, you are asking for Geological Maps. This map entails payment of the prescribed fee pursuant to the pertinent provisions of Section 8.7 DENR Administrative Order No. 205-08.
