Good day.

I am confused with your response as it said that "enclosed is a copy of the flood geohazard map", but after I downloaded it, what was enclosed was a letter asking me to transact directly to their office. Please avoid responses that would mislead the receiver. I was excited to download the enclosed " GeoHazard map". I was sorely disappointed. Please reply honestly.
