As a requirement for the issuance of the Notice to Implement for the proposed project of the City of Santa Rosa, under the Seal of Good Local Governance, may we respectfully request for the issuance of a Certification that the proposed site is not in the identified critical/hazard areas, landslide/erosion prone or no build zones. In line with this, below are the details of the proposed project, to wit;
Project Title: ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDING (MANPOWER TRAINING SCHOOL)
Address: ST. JOHN SUBDIVISION, BRGY. IBABA, CITY OF STA. ROSA
