Good Day, I would like to request a Certification of Notarization for the Deed of Absolute Sale  of Felix G. Mercado Lot no. 41 TCT no. 149282.  
The Vendor's Acknowledgement was notarized  by Anita M. Trocino in year 1990 Doc no. 279, page no. 57, Book no. 12. Makati Metro Manila on 1/23/1990.
The Vendee's Acknowledgement was notarized by Andres D. Puno in year 1990 Doc no. 3184, Page no. 95, Book no. 22 Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac on 1/02/1990
