My grandfather was born in Catarman, Northern Samar during pre-war period. I would like to request for a copy of his birth certificate:

Antonio Endaya Gonzales Jr.
January 1, 1917
His parents are Antonio Gonzales and Lucia Endaya.
His siblings are the ff from oldest to youngest:
- Jose Gonzales
- Santiago Gonzales
- Antonio Jr. Gonzales (my grandfather)
- Lolita Gonzales
- Mercedes Gonzales
- Rafael Gonzales
- Maria Gonzales
- Rosario Gonzales
- Teresita Gonzales 
- Manuel Gonzales
