Hi I would like to request for a copy of extra judicial partition with waiver and quitclaim and affidavit of admission and co-ownership ratified before Cesar F. Balonso on January 5, 2010 at Olongapo City, Philippines under Doc no. 466 to 468 Page no. 95 book no. 111 series of 2010.
