Greetings of peace!

I'm a 4th year student of Juris Doctor Program in University of Batangas - Batangas City Campus. As part of our requirement in the program, we have to counduct a research study regarding different problems in the legal field. I'm currently working on my study about Article 25 of the New Civil Code in relation to social media and its possible implications on the right to freedom of expression.

In relation thereto, I am humbly asking your good office for the said document, especially the deliberations of the Code Commission on Article 25 of the New Civil Code.

Best regards
